A- Were sorry- Not at this time. Q-How long will my order take? A- Since our (On the Shore Line) Boat Furniture and (Though the Garden Gate) Garden Cabinets are all handcrafted, shipping times vary. Please call 800-472-2584 or email us to confirm shipping time. For the Accessory Lines, we usually ship within 3-5 business days. Sometimes , if a item is out of stock, we will delay up to 2-3 weeks before shipping. If this occurs with an item you have ordered, we will contact you by email and let you know the status of the order. If you would like to split your order and receive in-stock items sooner, please let us know. Q- How may I pay for my order? A- We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards. If you send a check, your order will be sent out when the check clears the bank (usually in 7-10 days). Call us for credit card orders. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. We also accept PayPal on our Retail Page. Our Retail Page is on a secure server. Q- Do you have a printed Catalog? A- We only issue catalogs to our wholesale customers. Q- Are you affiliated with L.L. Bean in any way?
A- No - we are not affiliated with L.L. Bean in any way. We hand craft all our Furniture items our selves in Northern Wisconsin. The name Bean is my husbands nickname which he has had for over 40 years. Most people in our town don't even know him by any other name. And the Bean's Boats name has been on our products for 10 years. Return Policy You may return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with all original materials, and packing. (We charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.) We do not refund shipping costs. |
